Applications for dormitories and guest houses are done during the university registration.
Normal applications are accepted until October 1st. Applications are also accepted after this time but the applications done after this particular time are graded accordingly; that is, as they are submitted late, some points are extracted.
The economic and social condition of each applicant’s family is investigated through the local administrations.
Scoring is done according to the criteria which are determined by Dormitory Administration Office and approved by the presidency by taking into consideration the results and the student’s achievement level.
Students who have high scores are accepted to the dormitories firstly and the process continues till the end of the semester by accepting students with lower scores to fill the vacancies in the dorms.
Students who apply at the beginning of the year and still not accepted should apply again for the next year.
